Optionality of data transmission

Rights of the interested party

By writing to the Privacy Service care of the processing owner, the data subjects refer can at any time request confirmation of presence or absence of such data and details about their content and origin, check their accuracy or ask for them to be integrated, updated or corrected (article 7 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 of the Personal data protection law). According to this article, data subjects can also request that any data or block the data processed in breach of the law be deleted and made anonymous, or oppose processing of the data for valid reasons.

Navigation data

During normal consultation, the information systems and software procedures used to operate this Site acquire some identification data whose transmission is implicit in the use of internet communication protocols. This information is not collected to be associated with specific individuals, but by its very nature it could, through processing and association with data held by third parties, allow users to be identified.
